SHIPPING & RETURNS

Sales Policies

1.   We reserve the right to refuse sales or service to anyone.
2.  
All sales are final.  Our logistics chain is very resource intensive. Once items are shipped, they

      cannot be recalled.  Choose carefully.
3.   There are
no returns and exchanges for koi sales.  If we are at fault, we will issue a refund.
      Our koi are raised in controlled conditions and we cannot risk the slightest contamination 
      from external water sources.
4.    We
currently cannot service international sales outside the USA  for koi but we can ship
     merchandise internationally.
5.  
Buyers are deemed to have read and agreed  to the above conditions.  For any questions or
     clarifications call, chat or email us.  All communication options are detailed in the 'Contact Us'
     page.

Koi Sales - Shipping

1.  Any form of travel is stressful for koi.  Our koi need to go through a minimum 3-day rest period
     to be in peak condition for shipping.
2. 
Shipping is free for koi purchases  $ 250.00 and higher (single or combined).   We will bill an 

      additional $ 75.00 for anything less.
3.  
For Bay Area buyers, we offer a personal, scheduled delivery service at no additional cost.
     Once you pay for a purchase, please contact us via chat, phone or email to schedule a 
     delivery after your koi has been conditioned.
4.   Scheduled delivery is only
available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  We can only
     do one delivery a day.
5.  
Koi sold to other regions will be shipped via USPS overnight freight.  To minimize the risk of
     delays and bad weather,
we can only ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 
    
We might delay shipping for adverse weather conditions and logistic delays.  Once you pay  
     for a purchase, please contact us via chat, phone or email for details and tracking.  We need

     you to be present when your koi arrives.
6.  We cannot combine koi and merchandise shipping.


 

Merchandise - Shipping

1.  It takes one to two weeks to produce the merchandise, they are limited items and we don't  
  have them in stock.
2.  We will ship your purchases free via USPS and email you for the tracking.
3. 
We can only ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
4.  We can combine multiple merchandise items but we cannot combine koi and
     merchandise  shipping.

5.  We can ship internationally to certain countries,  we will charge actual shipping costs

     please call or message us aheadof time for arrangements.
